Kicking off the second release for Aural Imbalance on the label, Waveform 15 opens with a deceptively quiet but ominous selection of vocal samples and twisted, filtered breaks before thunderous amens rip into the mix and tear the atmosphere apart - WOW - those edits!!! This is exactly the brand of breakbeat filth you heard at the club, desperately trekking to search for it in your local record store the next day.

B - waveform 16

An amen vs apache break battle opens with stark, crisp programming revealing insane detail in the mix, showcasing Aural Imbalance’s versatility with the old school breakbeat medium. Long, high female vocals whoosh and echo out as amens continue thrashing around like panicked wolves to a delightfully simple and memorable melody. Spine-tingling and epic, this is a track - and 12” - you do not want to end.
