Returns & Refunds

Consumers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@voidvinyl.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@voidvinyl.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed audio recordings, including vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes, where the seal has been broken after delivery, except where the item is defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
